1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sundar AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sundar AI mobile application and AI photo transformation services provided by Zarvonis Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By logging into, accessing, or using the Sundar AI app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Sundar AI provides AI-driven photo transformations, portrait look generations, devotional Bhagwan artwork, and avatar creation services for personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices.

3. User Eligibility & Account Security

To access core features, you must sign in using Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments Policy

💳 Subscriptions & Coins Policy: Certain features of Sundar AI require a paid subscription or coin purchases. Payments are processed securely via designated payment gateways.

Refund Policy Notice: Subscription and coin payments are generally NON-REFUNDABLE once processed. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused subscription time, except as explicitly required by applicable law or in extraordinary technical billing error cases verified by our support team.

5. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

All AI algorithms, software code, visual UI elements, trademarks, and logos in Sundar AI are the exclusive property of Zarvonis Ventures Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use on your mobile device.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Sundar AI, you agree that you will not:

  • Impersonation & Unauthorized Uploads: Upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent or use the app to generate deceptive or harmful media.
  • Re-distribution: Re-sell, re-license, redistribute, or commercially exploit any software code or underlying AI models of Sundar AI.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempt to extract source code, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the application binary or network API endpoints.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Sundar AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of AI generation services.
