Sundar AI offers subscription passes and coin packs to generate AI photo transformations. Payments are charged at the time of purchase via secure in-app UPI / payment gateways.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your prepaid period.
We do not offer partial refunds, credits, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-term or for unused coin packs.
In rare cases of duplicate billing charges or confirmed technical system errors where payment succeeded but access was not unlocked, please contact our support team within 48 hours with proof of transaction. Qualifying claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
